Integration Services
This involves building interfaces to and from the Lawson system using the standard 4GL tools and/or Process Flow Integrator. We do the complete lifecycle in Interface Development that includes Business Needs Analysis, Data Mappings, Technical Design, Development, Testing, and Support.
Migration Services
This involves Upgrading and Installing Lawson products. We can also assist with Data cleanup and Standardization of the Master Data (GLMASTER, APVENMAST, etc) during the Upgrade. All our upgrades are done remotely and so we offer the same services delivered in much more cost-effective manner. We also offer free Retrofit Analysis for migrating your customizations when you do an upgrade.
Reporting Services
We have expertise in all the Lawson reporting tools and Crystal.
Customization Services
We provide scalable solutions that take advantage of Lawson’s Three Tiered Architecture and leverage Development tools like Design Studio, Process Flow, and Scorecard. Our development staff is trained in backend as well as front-end customizations.
Lawson Business Intelligence (LBI)
This is one of our key focus areas as it is a widely installed tool that is very under utilized at a majority of the Lawson clients. We have built expertise around all the components that together form LBI (Design Studio, Process Flow, Smart Notes, and Framework Services) to present a total solution instead of individualized solutions. We have a methodology developed that works effectively to help your organization leverage this very resourceful tool.
Impact Analysis on Patches and Patch Management
Lawson delivers numerous patches within a year. Organizations are challenged in understanding the impact a patch will have on their Lawson system, and so we have put together a subscription service that provides impact analysis for each patch that Lawson delivers. The analysis will detail all the code changes and indicate the severability of applying the patch.
In addition to this we are also working on some new offerings that are non-existent in the Lawson Ecosystem. This includes a 24x7 Remote Support Hotline that will support all your Lawson related issues (including customizations which are not supported typically by GSC). |
