Open Positions in USA:

• IT company seeks Web Development Lead to design, build and maintain websites, using authoring or scripting languages, content creation tools, management tools, and digital media. Must write, design and edit web pages content, analyze user needs to determine technical requirements, and create web models or prototypes that include physical, interface, logical and data models. Develop web site maps, application models, image templates and page templates that meet project goals, user needs and industry standards. Must manage team of web developers. • Project Manager - Requires 3+ years of experience in team management, business process analysis, and client delivery management. Should have the ability to monitor and analyze project development plan; analyze client requirements and communicate the same to development team; maintain technical documentation; implement onsite and off-site system analysis; manage web development, maintenance, and QA; channelize SEO efforts; and oversee web design and HTML/CSS web page coding. • Business Development / Project Manager -Requires relevant experience in business development and/or project management, creating and executing project work plans and revisions, analyzing and formalizing business requirements, organizing and coordinating communication towards clients, and participating in enterprise development process. Should have the ability to interact with top management, and create and give effective presentations; should have strong planning, leadership, organizational, and team building skills; and the ability to maintain customer expectations and relationships. • Web Developer - Requires 2+ years of experience in Web Development, HTML, and CSS development. Should have an extensive experience in team management, client interaction, and preparation of initial project documents including proposals and FRS. Location: Santa Clara, USA
• Project Manager (Web Development) - Requires 6+ years of experience in web development. Should have extensive experience in handling a team of web developers as well as diverse range of clients, crafting proposals, mapping out projects, and setting timelines. Location: Santa Clara, CA
• Java Programming Specialist – Requires 3+ years of experience in full life cycle Java / J2EE development - Level E (Exp. Analyst) to level C (Sr. Consultant). Location: Santa Clara, CA
